GROUP PARTY POLICIES

RESERVATIONS: Our appointment book fills up very fast, so it is advised that you make your reservation as soon as possible. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend making your reservation at least one to two weeks in advance so that we can ensure that the appropriate number of nail technicians and staff are available to cater to your party. Reservations are not considered complete and official until your deposit is made AND you have confirmed the date and time with our staff.

NO-SHOW Policy: If anyone in your party does not show, please note that since we reserved the time and were unable to service other clients as a result, we will charge you for that attendee. It is very important that any changes be made to your party reservation 72 hours in advance.

For groups of 6 or more people, there is a minimum charge of $50/person. For example, a group of 9 guests must have a total combined bill of $450 or higher, not including gratuity.

CLEANING FEE: If your party doES BYOB, THERE WILL BE A CLEANING FEE OF $30 for A OF party up to 6 people AND $50 if more than 6 people.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: We understand that unforeseen events can happen in the planning of any occasion, and we will make every effort to meet your needs. However, our salon services are booked quite far in advance. As such, any changes or canceLlations within 72 hours of your reservation date and time will result in a COMPLETE forfeiture of your deposit. Any changes or cancellations made before 72 hours of your reservation datE AND TIMe will result in a FULL REFUND of the original payment. BY MAKING YOUR DEPOSIT, YOU AGREE TO ALL OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
